Our impact
Impact Report 2024/25
Five years ago, Jack & Grace was founded to test a simple question:
Is it possible to build a successful comms agency where positive impact isn’t a bolt-on, but the foundation?
Five years on, the answer is: yes.
Our impact: the triple bottom line
In an economy where around 60% of new UK businesses don’t make it to year five, we’re proud not just to have reached this milestone – but to have grown with purpose. We’ve continued to measure success across our triple bottom line of: people, planet and purposeful profit.
Check out some of our highlights from our 2024/25 year of impact below.
Our impact: highlights for 2024/25
People
-
100% of the team feel respected, valued and like they belong at J&G. And everyone is proud to work here.
-
We introduced new policies, including compassionate leave, and enhanced parental leave.
-
We developed our strategy for #SayThePay – our campaign to make salary transparency the norm for UK businesses.
-
We funded one Socially Mobile place, supporting someone from a lower socio-economic background to access industry-leading PR training.
Planet
-
We introduced a slow travel policy (no flying), and continued to champion other carbon saving commitments, such as being a veggie business.
-
We signed the Clean Creatives pledge to never work with fossil fuel clients (we never have).
-
We invested in more detailed data capture and analysis, which improved our emissions reporting. Because to take meaningful action, data accuracy matters.
-
We reduced our carbon emissions by 27% – from 44 tonnes to 32 tonnes CO2e.
Purposeful Profit
-
83% of our revenue came from organisations making a demonstrable social or environmental impact.
-
We delivered campaigns tackling critical social issues such as health, technical education, lifelong learning, wellbeing and older people’s rights.
Running a purpose-led business isn’t the easy option. It requires deliberate choices – every day. It shapes who we work with, how we operate and how we measure success.
But we believe it creates better businesses, better workplaces and better outcomes.
