We’re CMS accredited!
Running an agency WELL, really matters to us.
From the very beginning our founders, Laura and Nyree, set out to run a business ‘not’ as usual, to shake up the rules of work and challenge the outdated norms of the full-time 9 – 5 we’ve all accepted for so long. But you can’t shake things up unless you have a strong business behind you.
That’s why achieving our formal PRCA Communications Management Standard (CMS) accreditation is so important to us.
The CMS recognition goes beyond the amazing campaigns we create and the brilliant results we deliver for our clients every day. It’s a rigorous accreditation that looks closely at how an agency is run behind the scenes – from business planning and financial management to leadership, people management, client service and operational processes.
An external assessor comes in to dig into all the agency processes, looking in detail at how you’re organised, how you work together and how you’re run. They assess whether you’re building an agency properly, sustainably and with best practice at its core.
So we’re incredibly proud the PRCA assessor passed us with flying colours, saying:
“Jack & Grace was exceptionally well prepared, with all the necessary processes and structures firmly in place.”
As an agency, we’ve always believed that doing great work starts with running a great business. Clear values, robust processes, strong leadership and a supportive culture aren’t “nice to haves” — they’re essential to delivering consistently for clients and creating an environment where people can thrive.
That’s why this accreditation feels especially meaningful. It’s recognition of the care, thought and commitment the whole team puts into how we operate every single day.
Most of all, this is a proud moment for our entire team. We’ve worked hard to build an agency with strong foundations and high standards, and it’s fantastic to see that recognised externally.
Here’s to continuing to grow the right way!
