It’s often those times in life when people are at their most vulnerable, that they need to seek legal advice. People can be vulnerable for lots of different reasons – bereavement and grief, physical or mental illness, disability, older age, loneliness, complex family situations.

For more than 25 years, The Association of Lifetime Lawyers has made sure that when people are vulnerable, they have access to a legal professional with the skills and experience to help. When this doesn’t happen, the impact for them and their loved ones can be devastating. From misuse of powers of attorney, and missed opportunities for support with banking and scams, to disputed wills and care costs.

Members of the organisation are the most qualified legal specialists in the country when it comes to supporting vulnerable and older people to make decisions and plans for the future.

We work with The Association to deliver an always-on, integrated comms programme to engage members and build brand understanding amongst consumers.

Originally known as Solicitors for the Elderly, we also worked with the organisation’s team and board on an insight-led rebrand, with an extensive stakeholder engagement programme to inform the renaming, brand narrative and visual identity development and support roll-out.

Highlights of our work with The Association over the last twelve months include:

  • Securing 190 pieces of coverage in target media, including 28 national hits
  • Building a 56% increase in social engagement
  • Driving an 85% increase in visits to the website
  • Picture of two older women, smiling and taking a selfie.
