Purpose-driven communications and impact relations agency, Jack & Grace, has appointed Sapna Dattani to its board of non-exec directors.

An experienced management consultant with an impressive track-record of business transformation in financial services and investment banking, Dattani joins an already strong line-up of talented board members: Business guru Dinah Bennett OBE, sustainability leader Rachel Huxley, management consultant Claire Kennedy and communications professional Rebecca McLeod.

Speaking of her appointment, Sapna said: “With purpose at its heart, Jack & Grace only works with organisations that value people, planet and profit equally – and that’s what attracted me to this role.

“I’m thrilled to be able to apply my experience to this forward-thinking comms business, which is already doing incredible things – both for its clients and for shaking up the employment rulebook.”

Nyree Ambarchian, co-founder of Jack & Grace, said: “From helping to run the family business to leading multimillion-dollar corporates through major change programmes, Sapna has an incredible skill set. We’re thrilled to have her join us.

“With big goals, a passionate team and an innate drive to use communications as a force for good, having a strong board in place is so important to us. Sapna joins an already fantastic Jack & Grace board and we’re keen to draw on each of their experiences and skills to make sure we grow sustainably.”
